The Double Room with Balcony was super comfy. The bed had soft sheets that felt amazing to sink into after a long day. I loved the fresh flowers around, and the coffee and tea availability was a nice touch. The tub/shower combo was great for relaxing. Just a cozy vibe all around!

We loved the cozy ambiance of the place, especially during family breakfasts. The kids enjoyed Kathleen's homemade sweet potato hash, and it felt like a real treat to sip tea after a long day of exploring. The nearby Wheeler Park made for pleasant evening strolls.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities nearby.

We had a wonderful time exploring the charming Kerrytown shops and dining nearby. Staying with my family and two couples, the highlight was definitely Kathleen's incredible breakfast—her homemade granola and fresh berries were a serious treat. The property was super comfortable and inviting.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities on-site.
